   - Analyzing the recent years work results it can be exactly said that the Institute has turned to the new way of development – an innovation based. We approached to the most complicated stage of implementation of our inventions unto practice. We worked out a brand new technology based on generation of processes happening during oil field exploration, which allows “to see” these processes. The designed technology is economically efficient and provides new way od depth horizon data receiving for Fuel and Energy enterprises. This invention gives us an opportunity to solve the most difficult tasks of complete oil extraction and increasing of hydrocarbon recovery factor. Additionally, the institute designed the algorithms and seismic processing soft ware, which provides forecasting of fracture-cavernous reservoirs in pre-Jurassic rocks, which have no world analogues. The problems mentioned above are the main and vital tasks of oil industry. Moreover, the unique data base was generated on results of remote autonomous okrug sensing, computer technologies and their topical processing; building-up project of  a corporate computer net for autonomous authorities id being fulfilled and a number of some other technologies and methods of information technologies, telemedicine, geographical information systems and harvest forecasting. First of all new URII IT technologies provide solving of strategical   problems of Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous okrug.
