of the Khanty-Mansyisk Autonomous Okrug Institution "Ugra Research Institute of Information Technologies"

Part 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

• 1.1.The institution of <Ugra Research Institute of Information Technologies> (hereinafter referred as <Institute>) of the Khanty-Mansyisk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra has been established by the order № 205 from 28.05.2001 of the State Property Department of Khanty-Mansyisk Autonomous Okrug, on the basis of the Khanty-Mansyisk Autonomous Okrug Government resolution № 191 from 27.04.01.
  The Institution is the property of the Khanty-Mansyisk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra and it is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Investments, Research and Technologies (hereinafter referred to as the Supervising Organization) .
  
  
• 1.2. The official complete name in Russian is Учреждение Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа <Югорский научно-исследовательский институт информационных технологий>.
  
  The official complete name in English is Ugra Research Institute of Information Technologies.
  
  The official contracted name in Russian is Югорский институт информационных технологий.
  
  
• 1.3. The Institute is a legal entity, and it acts in accordance with the normative legal acts of Russian Federation and Khanty-Mansyisk Autonomous Okrug, as well as the administrative acts of Khanty-Mansyisk Autonomous Okrug bodies of executive authority, issued within the limits of their jurisdiction, and also the present Statute.
  
  The Institute fulfils its activities within the bounds of its legal capacity, prescribed by the Statute present, and lies before the court both as plaintiff and defendant.
  
  
• 1.4.The Institute possesses a solitary property, secured for it by the Owner, an independent balance, the revenues and expenditures estimate, accounts in credit organizations, the seal with its complete name and the picture of Khanty-Mansyisk Autonomous Okrug Emblem, stamps, blanks and its own symbolics.
  
  
• 1.5. The Institute is not liable to the obligations of the State and its bodies. The Institute is liable to its obligations within the limits of funds at its disposal, and also the property, obtained by Institute at the expense of revenues received from its profitable activity.
  
  
• 1.6. The Institute is located in Russian Federation, Khanty-Mansyisk Autonomous krug, the Tyumen Oblast, the city of Khanty-Mansyisk.
