 Development of effective methods and algorithms for 3-D data visualization in a real time mode. Analysis and adaptation of standard graphic 3-D packages to GIS technology

In modern design and development of systems, software and hardware complexes, and research as well, the tools of 2-D and 3-D graphics are widely used. One of the well-known software packages for graphical applications designing is the package OpenDX. The software is going to be installed on the supercomputer SUN Fire 15000.

The system TE-3D Navigator is used for dynamic visualization of the territories.

 Software development for 3-D seismography data visualization

The interface of software and hardware complex based on custom-designed processor Volume Pro 1000 for 3-D seismography data visualization allows receiving combined information about the wells on the area displayed according to 3-D seismography.

 Development of the virtual studio method use in the system distance learning

Virtual reality technologies are used for distance learning. Thus, for pilots and astronauts training the virtual reality technology based on visual presence effect is applied.
