Outcome:
The research and development will be carried out for methodical and mathematic support of databases creation on the URIIT’s supercomputer platform which will meet requirements of the regional and local authorities.
The results of the research will be used for creation of information-administrative systems for the regional and local authorities and for scientific and educational programs.
It is also suggested to use the results for corporative systems creation against enterprises’ orders.

An information-tracking system for social-economic and territorial objects of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, for information support of administrative decisions making process, their realization assessment and their prompt adjustment will be developed.

A uniform accounting-payment system of the Autonomous Okrug based on personal operations cards.
